Sandy, 16 people, long tables in u-shape arrangement, needs projector and laptop on cart but they don’t want the av cart blocking the people at the tables views, she would also like 3 or 4 long tables along the backside/bottom part of u-shape, needs podium   DIA/rmb   UPDATED – changed table set up, add 4 chairs in the room on a dolly in corner, 2 extra tables in the alcove (don’t lock the wheels so they can move them and no chairs needed for those 2) /rmb 11/2/23
